How to apply as an Erasmus+ student
You have to apply online by EASY (https://aec.dreamapply.com/).
Incomplete applications won’t be processed.
BEFORE applying prepare your Student Application Form! It comprehends:
- picture ID
- Curriculum Vitae
- motivation letter
- recommandation letter (if any)
- video performance with about 25 minutes of performance (please pieces with different characters)
- Transcript of Records signed by your Home Institution
- Check our study plans (bachelor or master level) and prepare your Learning Agreement (LA). ATTENTION: do not mix levels (Bachelor/Master). Your LA proposal has to be discussed with the responsible of courses, Prof. Pier Luigi Maestri (email@example.com). If you apply for one Semester, you probably have to divide number of ECTS (ex. 13,5 becames 14). Be carefull: some courses are given only in one semester.
Remember: 1MB for each document

Please check on EASY the status of your application.
If you are accepted by Conservatorio of Trieste, you and your academy will receive also an official acceptance letter.
With the approval of Prof. Pier Luigi Maestri (firstname.lastname@example.org) and your Responsible, you have to complete the Learning Agreement (LA); it has to be signed 1 month before starting of the mobility by you, your Erasmus Coordinator and by Erasmus Coordinator of conservatory of Triest.
There is the possibility to discuss some LA changes when you are in Triest.
Before your Arrival please check Welcome Office FVG website (http://www.welcomeoffice.fvg.it/) to have any logistical information about your staying in Triest.
When you arrive please contact the Erasmus Coordinator as soos as possible (Prof.ssa Nicoletta Sanzin – email@example.com) and the International Office (2nd floor, Dott.ssa Federica Cecotti – firstname.lastname@example.org) to declare your arrival.
In that moment you can meet also the LA responsible (Prof. Pier Luigi Maestri – email@example.com) to adjust and confirm your Learning Agreement.
