Il concerto-evento di questa sera è volto a celebrare la fine delle ostilità belliche della Grande Guerra, ricco quindi di valore simbolico per Trieste e per tutta l’area regionale che fu scenario dei tragici eventi. Il concerto è parte di un progetto culturale, fortemente voluto e sostenuto finanziariamente dalla "Direzione generale per lo Studente, lo sviluppo e l’internazionalizzazione della formazione superiore" del MIUR, anche con il supporto della CEI.
Il Conservatorio "G. Tartini" ha da sempre come suo valore portante la vocazione alla cooperazione internazionale, attraverso il confronto con le diverse realtà culturali nazionali inteso come reciproco accrescimento di civiltà e sviluppo intellettuale. Il Conservatorio di Trieste è pertanto lieto di presentare in questa occasione il debutto nazionale della CEMAN Orchestra, una condivisa produzione del network CEMAN-Central European Music Academies Network- ideato dal Conservatorio "G. Tartini" e da noi promosso nei meeting internazionali svoltisi a Trieste nel 2016 e 2017 coinvolgendo tutte le Accademie musicali dei Paesi dell’area InCE.
L’orchestra riunisce studenti provenienti da undici Accademie Musicali di nove nazioni dell’Europa Centro-Orientale e, dopo il debutto a Zagabria il 26 ottobre 2018, si presenta a Trieste con un programma dedicato all’evento, e vede la partecipazione di 5 giovani attori individuati dalla Accademia Nazionale di Arte Drammatica "Silvio d’Amico" che presenteranno letture d’epoca di varia provenienza linguistica, precedute ad inizio serata da un filmato d’epoca sulle operazioni militari al fronte.
Il Conservatorio "G. Tartini" ringrazia tutti i numerosi partner istituzionali ed accademici della iniziativa, in particolare come già segnalato, il MIUR e la CEI per il supporto immediato al progetto di creazione di legami sempre più forti con le realtà culturali ed accademiche dei Balcani, nel quadro più ampio della cooperazione Europea ed Internazionale, impegno che come Conservatorio, continueremo a promuovere tramite il network CEMAN in futuro.

This evening’s event-concert aimes to celebrate the end of the Great First World War hostilities and is therefore full of symbolic significance for Trieste and for the whole regional area that was the scene of the tragic events.
The concert is part of a cultural project, strongly encuraged and financially supported by the "General Board for the Students and Internationalization of the Higher Education" of the MIUR (Italian Ministery of Education University and Research), as well as with the support of the CEI.
The "G. Tartini" Conservatory has always had a special vocation for international cooperation, through the confrontation with different national Cultural realities, seen as mutual growing opportunity of civilization and intellectual development.
The Trieste Music Conservatory is therefore glad to present on this occasion the national debut of the CEMAN Orchestra, a shared production of the CEMAN-Central European Music Academies Network - conceived by the "G. Tartini" Conservatory and promoted by us during the international meetings held in Trieste in 2016 and 2017, involving all the musical Academies of the Countries of InCE area.
The orchestra brings together students from eleven Music Academies of nine Central- Eastern European different countries; after its debut in Zagreb on the 26th October 2018, shows up tonight in Trieste with a program dedicated to this special event, and sees the participation of 5 young actors provided by the National Academy of Dramatic Arts "Silvio d'Amico", which will offer period readings of various linguistic origins, preceded at the beginning of the evening by a historic short film about military operations at the front.
The "G. Tartini" Conservatory wants to thank all the numerous institutional and academic partners of the initiative, particularly the MIUR and the CEI for the their immediate support to the project of creating stronger relations with cultural and academic institutions of the Balkans, in the framework of European and International cooperation; a diligence that the "G. Tartini" Music Conservatory is intended to continue to promote through the CEMAN network in the future.
